During my Christmas stay, I loved the personalized customer service at this boutique hotel. The staff made me feel like a VIP! They were accommodating and stored my luggage securely and offered a safe place for my bike. The desk manager were really nice too help secure a dinner reservation for me, even making phone calls to ensure I had a special dining experience.

On the other hand, the hotel's location close to the train station makes it easy for guests to embark on day trips or explore the vibrant red light district. Being just a short walk away from the train station, guests have convenient access to transportation options.
The rooms are minute and lack proper ventilation, forcing guests to open the window and endure the noise from the train station nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with the rooms being modern and super clean. The hotel facilities were top notch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station, great to easily explore the city and even go on day trips.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, being very near to the main railway station and Tegut super market that is open until 11 pm. Additionally, the hotel is situated in an ethnically diverse area, providing a unique cultural experience.
